SW OPTICS & EQUIPMENT: RETURNS POLICIES

All optics shipped by SW Optics are inspected by us prior to shipping. We seal all optics boxes with a tamper-proof security seal. We will only accept returns for full credit if:

1. The security seals are intact, i.e., you have not opened the optics box. Once the security seals have been broken the optic is considered an “opened box” item which cannot be resold at full retail price.

2. You have contacted us in advance and have received a returned merchandise authorization (“RMA”)

3. The customer pays the return shipping and ships with a reputable carrier, e.g., UPS, Fedex or the USPS.

4. The optic is returned safely and is packed securely in its original shipping box.
Restocking Fee: Items that are returned for reasons other than defects, or with security seals broken, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. You must obtain an RMA from us prior to returning any item for credit and partial refund. To obtain credit for a return, items must be returned unused and with their original packaging intact, and with all manuals, accessories, etc.

No RMA = No Refund

You agree to inspect all optics prior to mounting. Once mounted, optics may not be returned. If you have an optic-related warranty claim or question, you agree to contact and work with the manufacturer directly. Any warranty issue will be handled by the respective manufacture. If you require help or contact information for a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department.



SW OPTICS & EQUIPMENT: ORDER PROCESSING PROCEDURES

1. Because of the value of some of the optics and accessories we sell, we may perform an extensive validation of orders. This may include verification of shipping and billing information, phone calls to customers, verification of valid e-mail, cardholder information and cardholder authorization.

2. If a credit card is the method of payment, we reserve the right to speak to only the card holder. To confirm order details, we may wish to speak with the card holder. In that case, a phone number must be given to us to enable that conversation.

3. Price and availability are subject to change without notice. However, we strive to provide our customers with up-to-date and error free product information. In the event that there is a pricing error in your order, SW Optics is not obligated to honor pricing mistakes. If you place an order and it is found to contain a pricing error, we will contact you by email or phone to inform you that your order cannot be fulfilled as written. In that event, your credit card will not be charged.

4. Order tracking and shipping information is available after an order that has been confirmed, billed to the customer and shipped.
